Whitney Naumann '02

Whitney Naumann is currently the Business Development Executive at Response Marketing in New Haven, Connecticut. Response Marketing is an award winning, integrated marketing agency, that specializes in traditional and cutting edge marketing services.

Ms. Naumann graduated from Hamden High School with honors in 2002. As a student at Hamden High she became active with DECA. Her marketing proposals were top in the state and ranked nationally for three consecutive years. One of her proposals, helped the Girls’ Ice Hockey team at Hamden High to become recognized as a varsity sport. Among her many honors and awards, was her selection as the Chamber of Commerce Business Student of the Year in 2006.

After graduating from University of Vermont, Ms. Naumann moved to Boston to work in Property Management. When she was not working, she volunteered her time for the Big Sisters Association of Greater Boston. She continues to be active as a Big Sister. The opportunity to start a website brought her back to Hamden in 2009. Ms. Naumann also launched and staffed an office in Springfield, Massachusetts that provided career training and other services for the unemployed. She used her skills as an entrepreneur to start a jewelry business to help people in need. All of these experiences helped prepare Ms. Naumann for her current position at Response Marketing.
