Position Description Reporting to the State Advisors and the management team, the state officers are responsible for the development of the Program of Work that will be executed during the DECA year. (June 2017 – June 2018). Initiative, follow-up and commitment to the state organization are required for successful execution of these positions Responsibilities: The efficient and effective execution of the CT DECA program of work.
